Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation: 

 

Airport transfer bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or by speaking to one of our operators. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Blackpool Cabs Ltd.

2. Cancellation and Amendments:

 

You can cancel your booking at any stage, understanding last-minute changes can occur. We appreciate prompt notice of cancellation.
   - To cancel, contact us via phone or email at hello@blackpoolcabs.com.
   - We require your name, contact number, and reason for cancellation.
   - Refunds will be issued promptly, subject to our policies:
   - Full refund if cancelled with 24 hours notice prior to scheduled pickup.
   - Pre-paid bookings refunded within 5 working days.
   - Cancellation fees apply if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Cancellation Policy:
   - Between 24 and 3 hours before pick-up time = 30% of journey price.
   - Between 3 hours and up to the pick-up time = 50% of journey price.
   - Once journey has commenced (driver en route) = 100% of journey price.
   - Incorrect date/time bookings or no-shows = 100% of journey price

3. Pickup Times: 
   - Passengers must be ready at confirmed time; Blackpool Cabs Ltd not liable for passenger lateness.

4. Luggage: 
   - Passengers are responsible for their luggage.
   - We reserve the right to refuse excessively bulky or oversized luggage.

5. Fares: 
   - Determined by distance, time of day, and vehicle type.
   - Additional stops may incur extra charges.

​

6. Payment: 
   - Cash or credit/debit card accepted.
   - Payment is due at booking or at time of departure, The return journey if applicable must also be paid before  departure.

7. Delays and Disruptions: 
   - Blackpool Cabs LTD is not liable for delays beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.

8. Liability:
   - Blackpool Cabs LTD is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except for negligence or misconduct.

9. Complaints:
   - Address complaints must be sent within 7 days of transfer date.

​

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: 
    - We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice.

11. Our FROM* price displayed in advertisements represents the lowest available price at the time of print and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

 

  • Any promotional or discounted prices advertised subsequent to your booking are not applicable to existing bookings. Once a booking is made and confirmed, you will not be able to amend or modify it to avail of any subsequently advertised promotional or cheaper prices.

  • Our lowest FROM* price is £70 which is for one passenger travelling to Manchester airport as of 1st May 2024 during 9am and 17:00 hours only. Which can only be booked by calling our office on 01253 365365 and is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.

  • The price quoted and accepted by you at the time of booking is considered final and binding. By completing the booking process, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

  • Prices may vary based on factors such as availability, demand, and seasonality. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly without prior notification.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific price or promotional offer until a booking is confirmed.

  • In the event of any discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual price at the time of booking, the latter shall prevail.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotional offers or discounts at our discretion without liability.

  • Prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

  • By making a booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional terms specified at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings that violate our terms and conditions or are deemed fraudulent or abusive.

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or revisions will be posted on our website or communicated to you via email.

By booking with Blackpool Cabs Ltd, you agree to these terms and conditions, which will also be sent to you by email or letter or text. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you have accepted the terms and conditions of your booking.
